Pure Element Pilates introduces Peanut Pilates. Each week kids will have a blast and learn to perform movements to upbeat music using mats, rings, balls, and more. This class provides a highly effective way to keep kids fit and improve their strength, flexibility, and body control while also helping with weight management, and mental concentration. Children will gain self esteem which will help lead them to be happy and healthy children, teens, and adults. By learning Pilates at an early age, children not only prevent bad posture and motor impairment from developing, they also improve their coordination and balance.
