Barre Intensity® This advanced 75 minute class challenges even the most experienced athlete to push themselves to their fullest potential. Upbeat music provides the fuel needed for not only an extremely intense workout but also a fun one! Barre Mix All levels are welcome! This 55 minute cardiovascular complete body workout combines strength building exercises with deep stretches to create long lean muscles. Crush A fifty five minute serious cardio class. The cardio portion is paired with mini strength training sets done with heavy weights. This total body blast off combines just the right amount of fire to keep your mind and body motivated. Your body will work efficiently as you get warm and stay hot throughout the hour. Learn new ways to push through your physical and mental limitations. Discover new endurance strategies that will exceed your expectations. Take the five class challenge and see for yourself! Gym shoes are recommended to maximize your cardio potential! Cardio Reformer This fun and exciting, advanced reformer class incorporates the jump board for most of the intense 55 minute workout. Jumping strengthens the body's musculoskeletal system without the impact that other traditional cardio methods can induce. This class will not only flatten the abs and condition the entire body, but will also keep the heart rate elevated which is necessary for burning extra calories. Floor, Core, & More This 55 minute intense strength training workout incorporates the ideas of Barre Intensity and Pilates while sharing focus with strengthening, balance, endurance, and flexiblity. Mat Pilates This open level class incorporates the use of props such as balls, bands, and rings with classical Pilates mat exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body. Peanut Pilates Mondays @ 4:15pm with Laura Cronberger - Pure Element Pilates introduces Peanut Pilates. Each week kids will have a blast and learn to perform movements to upbeat music using mats, rings, balls, and more. This class provides a highly effective way to keep kids fit and improve their strength, flexibility, and body control while also helping with weight management, and mental concentration. Children will gain self esteem which will help lead them to be happy and healthy children, teens, and adults. By learning Pilates at an early age, children not only prevent bad posture and motor impairment from developing, they also improve their coordination and balance. Power Mat Mix-Up Athletic class of dynamic mat work exercises performed at a quick pace. This class targets your legs, butt and abs using bands, weights balls and the barre. This combination of core and strength training will develop slender, long and lean muscles. Pure Mature Pilates This sophisticated workout caters to clients 55 and older. It is great for beginners as well as seasoned Pilates practitioners. Treat yourself to a deluxe hour of stretching and lengthening created just for our pure and mature. Tone A high energy, fast paced strength training class that utilizes props such as resistance bands and hand weights to sculpt and define the entire body. |
