Cancellation Policy

To prevent being charged for a missed session, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. This policy is in effort to cover the cost of reserving an instructor for your scheduled appointment.

Purchase of Classes

All packages expire within 1 year of the date purchased. Packages are non-transferable between clients. Packages must be used for what they are purchased for, and can not be converted to another type of class. A package is required to hold a “standing” in a class; if you miss at least 2 classes a month, your standing spot will be given to the next on the list. If you know that you will be absent for more then 2 classes a month due to vacation/holiday time we ask that you notify the studio 1 week prior in order to fill that spot during your time of absence.

Punctuality

Please be on time to the classes you wish to attend. For your safety and the consideration of other clients, anyone more than 10 minutes late for class will not be admitted.

Footwear

Shoes are not permitted in the studio, however socks MUST be worn.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are not allowed in any of our sessions. If you must be reached while class is in session, the caller may reach a staff member by calling the front desk and you will promptly be notified.

Perfume

Please be aware that heavy perfume and cologne may be distracting to others. Your consideration in this matter will help to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their workout.
